Worksoft Appoints Ken Johnson Vice President of Worldwide Sales

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 12, 2007 --Worksoft, Inc., a premier provider of testing solutions for use with SAP® solutions that validate end-to-end business processes, today announced the appointment of Ken Johnson to vice president of worldwide sales.

Building upon his rich history in driving software sales and developing operational teams, Johnson will manage all aspects of direct and channel sales, strategic alliances and telesales operations to support Worksoft's strategic initiatives in leading-edge validation strategies and technologies designed for SAP systems and users.

Prior to joining Worksoft, Johnson was with MortgageHub as the executive vice president of sales. Previous to this, he served as the first President for the Americas for Business Process Management software provider Cordys, introducing the Cordys Composite Application framework to U.S. companies, and was the original executive vice president of sales at Niku, taking Niku from zero to $45 million to produce a successful IPO on the Nasdaq in 2000. Johnson was also one of the first sales executives at SAP America, rolling out SAP R3 in North America to numerous top Silicon Valley companies.
