Worksoft Certify Now Offers Automated Testing Support for PeopleSoft

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 22, 2006 -- Worksoft, Inc., the leading innovator of automated software testing solutions, today announced support for the automated testing of the PeopleSoft product suite using its flagship solution, Worksoft Certify®.

"What sets Worksoft Certify apart from previously available testing tools for PeopleSoft is its unique, code-free architecture that removes the need for technical skills to accomplish automation," said Mike Dager, CEO of Worksoft, Inc. "We enable business analysts and other subject matter experts to document and automate their critical business processes in one easy step using Worksoft's point and click interface."

The Certify solution for PeopleSoft allows users to map their application interface either directly from the software or through Certify's map editor. The latter option means changes can be anticipated and test cases can be developed before the software is actually available, thus reducing the time to deployment.

"Because all test assets are stored in the Certify repository as data instead of code, changes to the PeopleSoft modules and their impact on test cases are instantly identified," said Linda Hayes, CTO of Worksoft, Inc. "Affected test assets can be automatically updated globally and quickly."

Worksoft Certify customers report radical improvements in the time and cost to implement and maintain automated test libraries due to the elimination of custom coding. These savings translate into reliable deployments that are delivered on time and within budget.

"Certify's support for a wide range of platforms and applications also enables automated testing of non-PeopleSoft applications," said Hayes. "This provides seamless end to end testing to assure complete coverage of complex business processes."

Worksoft customers who have implemented it for PeopleSoft report dramatic improvements in test efficiency. "In one case a customer converted five days of testing business rules into a completely unattended test session after only one hour of effort," said Dager. "They now have assurance of complete coverage of their most critical rules and can implement a week earlier."
