Assets

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 17, 2005) - World

certain software and other assets of Digital Bingo Network Inc.

treasury in an equity only transaction. Proceeds to Digital Bingo
Network Inc. will be distributed to its shareholders. WBLG will have

The assets consist of a complete platform and algorithms that form the

its product offering on this foundation technology.

"We're pleased to complete the acquisition of these assets which will
reduce the time to market required for the first commercial release of
our own World Bingo League Mega Bingo Bucks system," said Louis Dion,
