World Entertainment Appoints New Advisor

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - July 25, 2005) - World Entertainment Corp. (PINK SHEETS:WETM), a Nevada company headquartered in Vancouver, today announced the appointment of Mr. Michael Aymong to its Board of Advisors.

"Mr. Aymong, Chairman and Founder of a middle market banking organization, has been involved in the Internet gaming software business over the last five years of his career," said Louis Dion, President of World Entertainment Corp. "Mike has successfully completed a number of transactions in the software gaming space and turned around another company as its CEO."

Michael Aymong is currently Chairman of WindyPoint Capital Holdings Inc. and Executive Chairman of WindyPoint Capital, the company's investment banking organization. Mike has over 20 years of corporate finance and operations experience including serving as CEO and President of World Gaming Inc., Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service for GT Group Telecom, Vice President of Marketing and Sales Support for TELUS Advanced Communications, and Director of Operations and Support for MetroNet Communications (AT&T Canada). Mike also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
