World Poker Fund Holdings to Feature First Celebrity-Themed Slots at Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 2, 2016) - World Poker Fund Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: WPFH), a leading developer and operator of online and event-based social gaming platforms and brands, announces today that it will launch its first round of celebrity-themed slot machines at the upcoming 2016 Global Gaming Expo ("G2E"), the world's largest annual trade show and conference for the gaming entertainment industry.

Maurice Mills, Chief Technology Officer of WPFH, states, "The celebs who spearheaded this project are very excited to showcase their own custom slot machines for the first time. They are proud to be venturing into the gaming world and are always trying to find new ways to connect to their fans. To them, gaming is a great way to interact with their fans and to give back."

The celebrity slots are set to be both online and brick-and-mortar, tapping into the rapidly growing social gaming market that generated an estimated $3.5 billion in revenue in the U.S. last year, with revenues expected to jump to $4.4 billion by 2017. The slots will feature themes personalized by the celebrities, from everything down to the music and the design of reels and symbols. The project marks the latest joint venture between WPFH and Native Games America, LLC, the parent company of Mega Fame Casino, a casino game developer.

Jeff Martinez, Managing Member at Native Games America, stated, "These will be the first celebrity slot machines of its kind, launching at the biggest gaming event of the year. Hundreds of thousands of people look forward to this expo every year to see the latest innovations that will be on casino floors. I think we are going to wow them this year purely because these slots are something they've never seen before."

The celebrities plan to announce the debut of their slots in the coming weeks before the G2E, which runs from September 27-29 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas. The slots will be on display and ready to be played at booth 1616.
