World Poker Fund Holdings Goes All In With Its Latest Projects

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 2, 2015) -  World Poker Fund Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: WPFH) (the "Company") is thrilled to introduce its new business model and latest projects. The Company is comprised of four divisions: Sponsorship Tournaments, Interactive Gaming, Media Entertainment, and Casino Development and Operations, operating in multiple forums including online, video-on-demand, and Indian gaming. WPFH aims to bring poker back to the people by making poker play more entertaining, accessible and user-friendly. "This has been a great start, and I'm eager to watch the company continue to thrive," said DeAndre Cortez Way aka Soulja Boy, recording artist and major shareholder of WPFH.

Sponsorship Tournaments will be conducted online to discover poker players and develop careers for the next generation of poker all-stars. A series of non-cash multi-table tournaments (MTT) will be held through an online gaming platform to determine the best poker players. Finalists have the opportunity to earn a spot in a large tournament as a WPFH sponsored player. The annual top-ranked members from the gaming community will be awarded with a three-year player's contract.

The Company has also licensed several reality TV series (Poker Boss, Urban Poker, and America Loves Poker) and co-owns the World Poker Channel with LookHu.com. "I am excited to be part of this Company, as I have seen it expand and strengthen over the past few months," said Kyle Massey, former star of That's So Raven and Corey in the House, a contestant on Dancing with the Stars, and also a beneficial shareholder of WPFH. The poker shows in production will be filmed on location at the TCL Chinese Theater, the Lure Hollywood Nightclub, and the Supper Club Los Angeles.

At the present time, only Nevada, Delaware and New Jersey have web gambling industries. WPFH is establishing relationships with Native American Indian Tribes throughout the country to develop Internet poker and gaming platforms within sovereign rights under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA). The Company started the WPF Indian Gaming Enterprise Committee to assist Native American tribes with securing financing to petition for federal recognition and repurchasing land into federal trust, as well as setting up funding to establish and manage casino gaming operations.
