Texas Hold'em and Golf All In One
World Series of Golf introduced an updated business plan in 2010 enabled by a strategic investment introduced through the NewMarket Technology Greenfield Partnership Program. The new plan includes a continuation of the Company's past golf tournaments that combine the wagering format of Texas Hold 'Em and the skill of golf. Past World Series of Golf events have attracted celebrity players including Ray Romano, Phil Ivey, Daniel Negreanu and others. World Series of Golf® is a fully-reporting and audited company compliant and current with all regulations required to support transparency standards. To support the updated business plan, the Company has recently entered into a strategic investment arrangement anticipated to infuse $1,446,500 over time.
