Mining veteran Mr. Depatie commented, "Based on a field visit to the Coosa Graphite Project, I see potential for a significant large flake graphite deposit capable of serving both the international and US domestic demand in this growing market. I am very excited to join the company and assist in the development of this great project, in a region that has seen graphite production before."

His detailed knowledge of developing Lac des Isles and stewarding it into a fully producing graphite operation is the book nobody could ever find. Jean knows more about what we need to do than probably any person alive today. It is my pleasure to welcome him to our board and I look forward to working very closely with him."
Adrian Robertson has vacated his board of directors seat to make way for Mr. Depatie's appointment and will remain a consultant to the Company.
