Worldwide Energy and Manufacturing Hires Winter Fei as Its New Project Manager Controller for Shanghai Intech Electro-Mechanical Products Company in China

SAN BRUNO, CA and SHANGHAI, CHINA--(Marketwire - April 23, 2008) - Worldwide Energy and Manufacturing USA, Inc. (OTCBB: WEMU), a U.S.-based China manufacturing company for customers in the industries of aerospace, wireless telecommunications, medical equipment, automobiles and solar energy, is pleased to announce the addition of Wenjin "Winter" Fei to Worldwide's wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai Intech Electro-Mechanical Products Company("Intech") in China. Mr. Fei will be the Project Manager for the Intech facilities. Additionally, Mr. Fei is fluent in both English and Chinese.

Mr. Jeff Watson, President of Worldwide, stated, "Winter brings a deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques that will provide the Shanghai team the necessary foundation for improved operational performance."

Mr. Fei has degrees in Electrical Engineering and International Studies and is currently pursuing his MBA at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Previously he has worked for other international manufacturing companies with facilities in and around Shanghai.
