Worldwide Food Services (WFSV) Announces Contract With International Supplement Company

BORDENTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - October 13, 2010) -  WORLDWIDE FOOD SERVICES, INC. (Worldwide Food Services) (WFSV) (Worldwide) (PINKSHEETS: WFSV) announced today that a formal contract between Veterans Consulting Group (VCG), a subsidiary of WFSV and an International supplement company, was signed at the central New Jersey World Headquarters of Sabinsa Corporation

The product, Total Wellness Solutions, is a group of supplements that pertain to general health such as cardio/cholesterol, memory support, joint health, weight management, and antioxidants. Total Wellness products are produced by Sabinsa Corp. of E. Windsor, New Jersey, a globally known supplier of nutritional ingredients. In giving VCG/WFSV the marketing rights for their entry into the Branded Category of supplements, a multi-billion dollar business, Sabinsa recognizes the strengths of the Worldwide Food Services' marketing and sales divisions.

VCG will market all branded and private label products to the VA, AFFES, and all PXs and commissaries on Military Bases. In addition, the National Broker division of Worldwide will market the same products to GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid and to large chain food operations such as Krogers, Wakefern, Stop & Shop, Publix, and Wegmans.
