Worldwide Food Services (WFSV) Plans Comprehensive Review of Distribution and Purchasing Programs

BORDENTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - March 2, 2010) -  WORLDWIDE FOOD SERVICES, INC. (PINKSHEETS: WFSV), through its wholly-owned subsidiary the National Blind Enterprises Co-op, Inc. ("the Co-op"), plans to collect information on the affects of mass purchasing on member profitability. While individual merchants take advantage of regional special pricing offered by manufacturers and local retailers, there is a need to tie in the Co-op's activities with the objectives of the merchants. By defining the top 40 best selling vending items and the major food service commodities, Worldwide Food Services can offer nationally its Co-op members the lower costing products they need in this business environment.

While data is currently being collected, the rebate, discount, and return policies of manufacturers are to be added for each item. The final product by-product evaluation is to be completed by mid-April, 2010.

Worldwide Food Services, Inc. is 100% Debt-free. The Company owes no suppliers or manufacturers; inventories that are held have all been paid for-in-full.
