Worldwide Manufacturing USA, Inc. Announces Record Audited Results for the Year Ended December 31 2006

Company Achieves 31% Increase in Revenues for the Year and 67% Increase in Net Profit Over Last Year

SAN BRUNO, CA and SHANGHAI, CHINA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 13, 2007 -- Worldwide Manufacturing USA, Inc. ("Worldwide") (OTCBB: WWMU) www.wwmusa.com, an engineering contract manufacturing firm and a direct manufacturer of die-casting, electronics products and air-condition units for automobiles, today announced year end results for 2006. Revenues increased 31% to $11,409,300, as compared to $8,713,431 for fiscal year 2005. Gross profit increases by $584,412 to $3,386,426 in 2006 from $2,802,014 in 2005. Net income increased by 67% to $969,429 from $581,166 in 2005.Net income before taxes was $930,492 in 2006 compared to $579,466 in 2005. The increase was the result of strong demand for the company's goods and services. Earning per shares increased to .48 cents per share compared to .29 cents per share in 2005.
