Worldwide Manufacturing USA, Inc. Announces Record First Quarter Results

Company Achieves 17% Increase in Revenues for the Quarter and 178% Increase in Net Profit Over Last Year

SAN BRUNO, CA and SHANGHAI, CHINA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 16, 2007 -- Worldwide Manufacturing USA, Inc. ("Worldwide") (OTCBB: WWMU), an engineering contract manufacturing firm and a direct manufacturer of die-casting, electronics products and air-condition units for automobiles, today announced first quarter results for March 31, 2007. Revenues increased approximately 17% as compared to the same period last year. Revenues were $2,786,799 compared to $2,375,439 for March 2006, an increase of $411,360. Net income before income tax saw a profit of $117,310 compared to a profit of $42,132 in 2006. The earning per share for the first quarter in 2007 was .05 cents per share compared to .01 cents per share in the first quarter of 2006. The increase in both revenues and profit was attributed to greater demand for the company's products and services. Historically, the first quarter is always the slowest for the company due to seasonality and holidays in China. Jimmy Wang, CEO of Worldwide, stated, "This is our best first quarter ever. We typically lose money in the first quarter with revenues always being the lowest of the year. With such a great start for the year Worldwide will once again have record profits and revenues for 2007. We continue to demonstrate that our expansion efforts are working as evidenced by record growth. Additionally, we are continuing to explore further growth opportunities."
