Worximity in a Trade Mission at Hannover's Industrial Technology Trade Fair

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - April 25, 2016) - Montreal-based tech SME Worximity pursues its worldwide expansion, taking part this week in a trade mission in Hannover, Germany, under the leadership of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal (BTMM). Its delegation will be attending the Hannover Messe industrial technology trade fair until April 29.

The leader in its field, Hannover Messe is the world's largest trade fair in industrial technology. Since its first edition in 1947, the annual springtime event has built a strong reputation by addressing all of the key themes of the industrial value-added chain, under one roof. Nearly 220,000 visitors coming from all over the globe are expected.

By participating at this event, Worximity intends to help factory managers gain efficiency; the company will also pursue its discussion and education efforts in bringing people to know more about the Fourth Industrial Revolution: the digitization of production lines and the concept of smart factories. Emilie A. Lachance, Worximity's Communications Director, and Marc Vermette, Senior Director, New Markets Development, are part of the BTMM's delegation.

"The Fourth Industrial Revolution is on its way. In the coming years, manufacturers will have no other choice but to monitor their operations in real time and from anywhere in the world in order to be able to compete. We are convinced that our deep knowledge of the manufacturing sector and our innovative technology, developed here in Quebec, will attract many people in Hannover." said Yannick Desmarais, Worximity's Founding President.

"This trade mission is a great occasion for us to continue our worldwide growth. The Hannover trade fair is a must for a company like Worximity and we hope to not only create new business partnerships, but also to continue making Quebec's industrial technological know-how shine as much as possible," commented Emilie A. Lachance, Worximity's Communications Director, who will be taking part in the economic mission in Germany.
