W.o.W. Event 2015 Presents "Will Work for Fashion" Show

Fashion Designer Lisu Vega and Headwear Designer Roxana Lynch to Present Special Showcase

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 9, 2015) - The W.o.W. (Women of the World) event will celebrate its first ever edition in Miami on March 13 with the "Will Work for Fashion" Show, a private showcase by acclaimed fashion designer Lisu Vega and headwear designer Roxana Lynch.

W.o.W. will take place March 12-13 at the Hyatt Regency in Coral Gables in what promises to be an unparalleled experience offering tools, tips and hacks for female entrepreneurs and leaders to take their skills to the next level. From workshops and panel discussions to coaching sessions and professional development, #WOW2015 is an all-day event to celebrate International Working Woman's Day and National Women's History Month.

Fresh off her win at the Eastern Airlines Flight Attendant Uniform Competition, Lisu Vega will share pieces from her Spring/Summer 2015 collection "The Beast," also inspired by transportation, this time by a freight train that passes through Mexico. Headwear designer Roxana Lynch will add her signature flair by styling with accessories and her statement handcrafted headpieces. Going from luxurious "Goddess" to eclectic "funky fun," she brings back to the present ethereal periods from the past with a whimsical spark.

#WOW2015 attendees are encouraged to rock their LBD -- little black dress -- since the evening is all play. The "Will Work for Fashion" Show will be hosted by Anabelle Blum and Valentina Patruno, co-hosts of "Tu Día Alegre."

The icing on the cake for #WOW2015 is the evening celebration, which includes:

  • 8:00 pm Photos
  • 8:30 pm "Will Work for Fashion" Show, presented by Lisu Vega and Roxana Lynch
  • 9:00 pm W.o.W. Awards Reception
