WPCS Hires Michael Mandigo as General Manager for Texas Operations

SUISUN, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 11, 2016) - WPCS International Incorporated (NASDAQ: WPCS), which specializes in contracting services for communications infrastructure, today announced that it has hired Mr. Michael Mandigo ("Mandigo") as its General Manager to oversee its soon-to-be launched security operations in San Antonio, Texas. 

According to Sebastian Giordano, Interim CEO of WPCS, "We are taking the necessary steps to broaden our leadership team as we prepare for this phase of organic expansion. Mike has a proven track record in the security business and a stellar reputation in the San Antonio market. He will report to Butch Roller, President of Suisun and Texas Operations, and work closely with Walter Wallace, our Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development, both of whom also have had extensive success in the Texas security systems integration market prior to joining WPCS."

Mr. Mandigo has been in the security business in the San Antonio area for over 25 years and has worked in many capacities, from installation technician, project management and sales engineering to senior sales executive. Prior to joining WPCS, Mr. Mandigo served as Senior Sales Executive at Metroplex Control Systems/Argyle Security ("MCS") from 2006-2015, where he was their top sales producer for four conservative years. Prior to MCS, he served 19 years at Simplex Grinnell and Chubb Security in San Antonio.

Specializing in enterprise solutions and services within the electronic security world, which includes having exceptional knowledge of: access control systems, alarm monitoring, video surveillance, video management systems, video storage, video walls, perimeter fence security and security management systems, Mr. Mandigo is very familiar with selling and developing operational and service teams in support of such vertical markets as: health care, K-12, public sector, petro-chemical, energy, ports and transportation sectors.
