WSA Announces 14th Annual Investment Forum for May 2

Northwest Technology Companies and Key Venture Capitalists Come Together to Share Trends and Innovations in Technology and Investing

SEATTLE, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 6, 2007 -- WSA, the state's oldest and largest technology trade organization focused on ensuring Washington State's leadership position in the digital economy, today announced that the 14th annual Investment Forum will be held on May 2 and it is now accepting presenting company applications for the event. Deadline for submitting applications is March 2, 2007.

The Investment Forum provides a unique vehicle for new, fast-growing and promising technology companies in the Northwest to connect with key venture capitalists and technology buyers to provide an unparalleled exchange of business ideas, information and feedback.

"Our goal for the Investment Forum is to link technology businesses with technology investors with a bottom line result of additional funding," said Ken Myer, WSA president and chief executive officer. "We are committed to helping early-stage technology business find the capital, ideas and business resources to succeed."

Nearly 300 attendees will attend the Investment Forum and take advantage of hearing key speakers share trends and innovations in the technology industry and the investment community. Presenting companies will have an opportunity to do a funding pitch and/or sales pitch to the audience during their pitch session. They will also have a chance to exhibit their products and solutions in a technology showcase that occurs during the event.

The WSA Investment Forum will feature:

--  Presentations by up to 18 presenting companies in the Digital Media,
    Web Services and Wireless technology sectors from the Northwest region.
--  Panel discussion with reaction to the presenting companies, to educate
    entrepreneurs about company building, financing and industry trends.
--  Keynote address, panel discussion and presentations by venture
    capitalists, analysts and leading industry executives.
--  Technology Showcase featuring the products and/or solutions of
    presenting companies.
The 14th annual Investment Forum will be held on May 2, 2007 at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center at Pier 66 on Seattle's waterfront from 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. PT.
