WSP Acquires SPL and Strengthens its Environmental and Geotechnical Capabilities in Canada


MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - April 1, 2015) - WSP Global Inc. (TSX:WSP) ("WSP" or the "Corporation") today announced that it has acquired SPL Consultants Limited ("SPL"), a multi-disciplinary consulting professional services firm based in Ontario that provides a diverse range of specialized engineering solutions in environment, geotechnical and buildings science across Ontario. This acquisition adds 250 employees to WSP's workforce and positions the Corporation as one of the leading environmental professional services firm in Canada.
