WSP Expands its Service Offering in the Buildings Segment in the United States by Acquiring ccrd


MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Nov. 6, 2014) - WSP Global Inc. (TSX:WSP) ("WSP" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the acquisition of Texas Energy Engineers, Inc. doing business as ccrd ("ccrd"), an engineering firm of 200 people headquartered in Houston, Texas. ccrd is a well-established and recognized leading building systems provider with a strong market position in the healthcare and science & technology sectors. The firm has broad expertise in the design of building systems, energy management, central plant/utility center systems operation, low voltage systems and fire engineering.
