WSP Increases its Service Offering in the Buildings Market in Australia by Acquiring WINWARD

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - June 2, 2014) - WSP Global Inc. (TSX:WSP) ("WSP" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the acquisition, effective June 1, 2014, of WINWARD Group ("WINWARD"), an Australia-based engineering firm specializing in structural engineering services. This acquisition adds 50 people to WSP in Australia.

WINWARD and WSP already have a strong and trusting working relationship, fostered through the successful delivery of major Australian projects, which they completed in collaboration, such as the Melbourne Convention Centre, the Southern Cross Station, the Eastern Plaza at Melbourne Park and the Economics and Commerce Building at Melbourne University.
