WW Energy Inc. Subsidiary, WW Trucking, Expands Fleet, Increases Revenue

FARMINGTON, NM--(Marketwire - December 10, 2007) - WW Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WWNG), a holding company that was created to acquire oil and gas service companies as well as oil and gas-related assets, announced today that WW Trucking, a division of WW Energy Inc., has increased its fleet by 35%. WW Trucking has added an additional 7 trucks, increasing its fleet from 17 to a current total of 24 trucks as of December 2007. WW Trucking transports production water to disposal wells, and fresh water to the well sites for drilling and completion. The trucking division is a consistent performer and the Company expects total revenue to exceed $3 million from the calendar year of 2006 to 2007. The Company recently took delivery of 6 new trucks from the Kenmore factory as demand for trucking services continues to escalate. Contract trucking, along with oil and gas exploration, continues to grow, in particular in the San Juan basin, including New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona and Utah. WW Energy will evaluate the need for additional transportation acquisitions in 2008.
