Wyn Developments Inc.: Continued Drilling of the Bougie/Trutch

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 17, 2005) - Further to Wyn Developments Inc.'s (TSX VENTURE:WL)(PINK SHEETS:WYDPF) ("the Company") news release dated March 24, 2005, whereby it had received notice that the Company had earned its 15% working interest in twenty-six (26) sections (twenty-six square miles) from the top of the Slave Point to the basement pursuant to a Participation Agreement announced on December 23, 2004, the Company had also earned its working interest in six (6) sections (six square miles) from the surface to all zones shallower than the Slave Point under various terms and conditions.

The Company wishes to announce that it has received formal notification for the drilling of the first shallow gas well by the Farmout Corporation involved in the Shell-et-al Bougie/Trutch play in North Eastern British Columbia.

Wyn Developments confirms that it will participate for its 15% working interest in the drilling of the C-036-A/094-G-15 (see the following link for details: https://quoll.ogc.gov.bc.ca/reports/rwservlet?ogcr004w) well this winter. The C-036-A/094-G-15 well is an Earning Well for the Company and upon reaching total depth the well will represent an additional six (6) sections (six square miles) added to the Company's land holdings.
