Wyn Developments Marks Exploration Progress on its Hearne Channel High Grade Nickel Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 25, 2005) - Wyn Developments Inc., (TSX VENTURE:WL)(PINK SHEETS:WYDPF) announces exploration progress on its Hearne Channel Project in the Northwest Territories. The Company has now established a full exploration camp onsite and has recently completed a detailed survey grid on the high grade nickel project.

Due to the high specific gravity of the Niccolite mineralization, the Company has accepted its consultants' recommendations that a detailed gravity survey be completed on the property. The targets for the survey are breccia-hosted Niccolite zones which have assayed in excess of 35% nickel, as well as significant cobalt showings. Upon the success of delineating targets with the gravity survey, the Company intends to initiate a first-phase drilling program during the fall of 2005. A drilling company has recently been contracted for the project.

As a component of the Company's 2005 Evaluation Program, additional assay analyses were requested as a result of several high geochemical assay numbers from over 400 kg of samples taken. The Company is extremely encouraged with its review of the available data which indicates that two types of mineralization and possibly deposit styles are present on the Hearne Channel and Easter Island Properties. The properties are located 135 kilometres east-southeast of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada, near Great Slave Lake. The property encompasses 3870 acres and covers occurrences of Niccolite, a high-grade nickel mineral, together with deposits of Cobalt in a geological environment permissive to host large tonnage mineral deposits. High grade Nickel and Cobalt values have been returned from hydrothermal veins and breccias associated with felsic intrusives along contacts and north-south structures. The mineralized zones vary in width from a few centimeters to 3 metres and have been traced along strike up to 50 metres on individual zones. Assay values returned include:

Sample Ni% Co%
CONI G1 1.185 0.066
CONI G3 6.459 0.135
CONI G6 4.144 1.591
CONI G26 20.932 2,594
CONI G34 32.709 1.808
CONI G71 36.452 0.365
CONI R4 26.4 6.286
CONI R8 20.038 4.144

The Company has recently staked an additional 7746 acres west of the original property. Wyn considers the Hearne Channel and Easter Island Properties to be very attractive exploration targets for large tonnage occurrences of Nickel-Cobalt mineralization.
