XA Names Doug Woods as Technical Director

CHICAGO, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 22, 2006 -- XA, Inc. (XA) (OTC BB: XAIN), a major national event marketing firm that serves many Fortune 500 companies, reported today that its wholly owned subsidiary, The Experiential Agency, Inc., has named Doug Woods as Technical Director.

Doug comes from a 17-year tenure with The ServiceMaster Company, where he held the title of Audio Visual Support Manager. He has a background in accounting and almost 14 years of experience in event staging, video production, graphic arts and photography.

"Doug has extensive experience and technical expertise. His work will benefit our clients with their Audio Visual and Event Production needs," said Chief Executive Officer, Joe Wagner.
