XA Produces Strength & Beauty Embodied by Avant-Garde Women

A Tag Heuer Event to Benefit UNIFEM September 12, 2006

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 12, 2006 -- XA, Inc. (XA) (OTCBB: XAIN), a major national event marketing firm that serves many Fortune 500 companies, reports that it has been selected by TAG HEUER, the leader in prestigious sports watches and chronographs since 1860 and now the fourth luxury brand in the world watch market, as the event production agency for its charity event which will take place at The Waterfront in Manhattan on Tuesday, September 12, 2006.

The evening will showcase an art exhibition featuring 15 famous female opinion leaders by 15 top female photographers from 15 different countries in a gallery at the event. The women featured in the exhibit range from Malaysian CEO Wan Zaleha Radzi, to British actress Tilda Swinton and US actress/performer Dita Von Teese. Isabelle Bonjean (France), Ruth Soh (Singapore), and Mary Ellen Mark (USA) are several of the acclaimed photographers featured in the traveling exhibit representing 15 countries. Original prints will be then auctioned beginning of 2007 and all proceeds will benefit UNIFEM.

Just before the after party begins, the evening's hostess, actress Uma Thurman and Tag Heuer President and CEO Jean-Christophe Babin will say a few words regarding the message of the evening -- raising awareness of the infringement of women's human rights around the world. Following the speeches Supermodel Eve Saval will DJ the festivities, embodying the strength of women as she presides over the dance floor. Model/Performer Ditta Von Teese will treat guests to a performance they are sure to not forget.
