XA Produces the Cookie Magazine Pavilion in the Pond at Bryant Park

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 7, 2006 -- XA, Inc., (XA) (OTCBB: XAIN), a major national event marketing firm that serves many Fortune 500 companies, reports that it has been selected by Conde Nast's Cookie Magazine as the event agency of record for the design & and production of the Cookie Pavilion adjacent to the 'Pond at Bryant Park' presented by Citi. The Pond opened on October 30, 2006, in New York City and will serve as the centerpiece of Fêtes de Noël and will remain in Bryant Park through the middle of January 2007. The 170' x 100' rink features free ice skating in addition to special events and activities.

As the chosen magazine partner, Cookie hired XA to design and develop all required elements of the Cookie Pavilion to project a sophisticated yet warm environment that is child and parent friendly. Drawing inspiration from the magazine, the Pavilion will incorporate stylish and chic elements including banquettes and ottomans for parents to relax, a plasma television featuring child-friendly shows and custom chalkboard walls designed for children to interact. Weekly Family Days are offered consisting of a variety of activities such as face painting, story telling and of course cookie decorating!
