Xact Data Discovery Acquires Salt Lake City-Based Orange Legal Technologies

MISSION, KS--(Marketwired - Jan 19, 2016) -  Xact Data Discovery (XDD), a leading international provider of e-discovery, data management and managed review services for law firms, corporations and government agencies, announces its acquisition of Orange Legal Technologies (OrangeLT). OrangeLT is a respected, premier provider of litigation, audit and investigation support services with local, domestic or international requirements.

Like XDD, OrangeLT offers a complete suite of discovery services, from forensic data collection to document review, and has put particular emphasis on building its managed review practice. The company provides specialized services to select industries, including pharmaceutical/medical devices; financial services; oil/gas/energy; and intellectual property, antitrust and litigation, all of which XDD will continue to support.

OrangeLT is based in Salt Lake City with additional offices in San Diego and Newport Beach, Calif. and Chicago, Ill. The acquisition provides immediate growth on the West Coast to augment XDD's recent expansion into other major cities there, including Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. It also brings to XDD extensive intellectual capital and a well-established reputation for providing high-quality, customized solutions to a unique customer base.
