Xcellink International Inc. to File 10Q Report With New Auditors

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - August 24, 2009) - Xcellink International Inc. (OTCBB: XCELE), an advanced platform-independent developer of customer-centric payment systems and methodologies, today announced that due to the timing of the dismissal of its auditors, the company, will file its quarterly results for the period ended June 30, 2009, by week's end.

The company's shares are temporarily trading under the symbol XCELE.OB, but will revert back to XCEL.OB once the filing is made public.

The Board of Directors of Xcellink approved of the dismissal of Moore & Associates Chartered and the engagement of Seale and Beers, CPAs as its independent auditor.

Please also note that for the most recent fiscal period through to August 6, 2009, there have been no disagreements between Xcellink International, Inc. and Moore & Associates, Chtd. on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure, which disagreement, if not resolved to the satisfaction of Moore & Associates, Chtd. would have caused it to make a reference to the subject matter of the disagreement in connection with its reports.
