ABERDEENSHIRE, SCOTLAND--(Marketwired - Mar 11, 2015) - Xcite Energy (TSX VENTURE: XEL) (LSE: XEL) (AIM: XEL) confirms that the AGM of the Company will take place in Dublin, Ireland, on Thursday, 14 May 2015 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dublin Airport from 1pm.

The information circular in respect of the AGM will be posted to shareholders with the 2014 Annual Report & Accounts, expected from 21 April 2015 onwards.
