XL Generation International Inc Begins Trading on the OTCBB

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 26, 2005) - XL Generation International Inc. (OTCBB:XLGI). Alain Lemieux, President and CEO of XL Generation International Inc. is pleased to announce that the shares of the capital stock of the company has started trading on the OTCBB as a result of a Share Exchange Agreement entered into on August 19, 2005, between Cygni Systems Corporation and XL Generation AG ("XLG") of Zug, Switzerland.

Mr. Lemieux stated, "As we enter a period of accelerated growth, we decided to access the public market in order to obtain the required access of capital to finance our anticipated growth. Over the last few years, the Company has developed a superior product that has outperformed competition by a wide margin mainly by the use of EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) manufactured by the world's leading chemical company BASF as a air elastic under pad that gives an eco-friendly surface with no rubber or sand infill and which is also safer for players. We've obtained worldwide recognition because of this and the recognition is driving us to expand our production facilities and worldwide representation. This is the result of years of R&D and a considerable amount of investment dollars. Today, we are recognized as the technological leader in sporting surfaces and we will soon develop parallel products to be used in other fields. Our technology is well protected by a web of patents/patent applications in up to 42 countries. One of the key features of these patents/patent applications consists in the use of EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) as a sub base (and related technology) for all kinds of flooring surfaces and covering for commercial, sportive and residential uses and we are aiming to be the global standard in sporting surfaces."

The company's product catalogue has expanded and currently includes surfaces for soccer, rugby, US football, tennis, golf, paintball as well as playground surfaces that greatly outperform the competition in terms of safety standards. The future product range includes surfaces for gymnasium, field hockey, tennis (flat top), residential flooring, residential and commercial flooring insulation.

"As a company", Mr. Lemieux continues, "we are expecting exponential growth due to our products' hallmark features which are standard bearers in terms of installation efficiency. Installation is quick and straightforward, thereby reducing downtime - these are but two of the components that will make XL Generation the world leader in its field. We are fully expecting 2006 to be a banner year in that we are expecting sales to quadruple over the projected $5M in sales for 2005 which is an increase of 500% over 2004 sales."

XL first entered the soccer market place in 2001 as a supplier of artificial sports surface named "XL Turf". The product has been tested and approved by FIFA and UEFA, as well as field-evaluated and endorsed by international soccer celebrities (Jean Pierre Papin, Christophe Dugarry), and professional soccer clubs throughout Europe, the US and Canada. To date, a number of fields have been installed on three continents. The soccer market is very important. Indeed with over 240 millions registered players over the world (both amateur and professional) the number of cities, sports centers, clubs, schools, colleges and universities in need of a safer, low maintenance, easy installation, eco-friendly surface around the world is countless. A Standard full pitch of XL Turf cost between US$370 000.00 and US$405 000.00.

In addition to soccer, XLG has developed a range of all weather and indoor sports surface products. Due for release in late 2005 is a playground surface that increases safety in children's outdoor and indoor play-spaces by a factor of ten. At present XLG produces three soccer products on a commercial scale, one rugby product, one American football product, one tennis product and three playground turf products. XL Turf has also garnered the support the World Paintball Association, which has recognized and recommended XL Turf for its worldwide tournaments.

An impressive list a of key selling points is why XL Turf is set to take hold of the global synthetic turf market; the product allows for a reduction in annual expenditures and lower maintenance costs, contains no infill (thus offering one of its hallmark features - portability), is weather resistant and far more athlete-friendly than competitors' products. The new XL play space products provide a significantly better value over existing technologies. The XLG Pad is environmentally safe, vertically recyclable (can be taken back to its constituent parts), inert when ignited and features a drainage system that can accommodate 1" of rain in 30 minutes. The product's performance is very stable over a wide temperature range, this and its 'in play' performance (simulates the performance of natural grass), ease of installation, portability and ongoing low level of maintenance are among the key distinctions from competing products. However it is the EPP component that differentiates this range of products from others.

Indeed, the XL range of synthetic sports and play space surfaces are manufactured from high-grade synthetic polyethylene grass and adhered to a substrate of expanded polypropylene. The EPP acts as impact absorber and its properties can be adjusted to accommodate impact absorption at different heights and playing surface 'feel' (rigidity, firmness, softness, energy restitution, etc.).
