XLNTads and Broadband Enterprises Form Strategic Alliance

Partnership Will Deliver Relevant Online Video Content to Brands and Agencies for Sponsorship

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA--(Marketwire - December 3, 2007) - Today, consumer-generated content (CGC) company XLNTads announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with Broadband Enterprises, the premier online video network, to produce online video content for sponsorship consideration. XLNTads will leverage its community of over 500 qualified ad creators and videographers to help Broadband Enterprises expand their current roster of original online programs.

With a network of over 1,800 affiliates, Broadband Enterprises garnered 46.7 million unique visitors for September 2007, according to comScore. Currently, the company is producing two original online video programs, The Fantastic Two and Hollywood Fast Track. Through its strategic alliance with XLNTads, Broadband Enterprises gains access to an online consumer creative community comprised of emerging filmmakers and video enthusiasts for outsourced video content production. Over 600 talented creators are currently active with XLNTads, producing creative material for a number of leading brands.

"Consumer-generated content in the form of short stories or episodic material is a great tactic that brands can utilize to deliver their messages, either having their product integrated into the actual scene, or from a sponsorship position," said Matt Wasserlauf, head of Broadband Enterprises. "Consumer-generated content in the form of Webisodes has an authentic, word-of-mouth feel that brands are asking for, and they get the messages across to today's consumers in a more relevant way."

XLNTads is developing a dedicated campaign on its site to promote the alliance and to encourage the creator community to participate by submitting a two to five minute video trailer or pilot episode for a six-part series of Webisodes suitable for sponsorship. If selected by a brand through Broadband Enterprises, the creator can be compensated up to $30,000 total.

"More and more advertisers are shifting in their focus from television to alternative, online forms of entertainment, and there is a growing need to get video content produced," said Neil Perry, acting CEO of XLNTads. "XLNTads has a network of talented creators all across the country who are capable of producing short-form video content without the overhead and regulations of traditional creative agencies, therefore they can produce relevant, quality work for much less money."
