XnE, Inc. Hires a VP of Corporate Sales

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA--(Marketwire - October 20, 2009) - XnE, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: XNEZ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Carl Lee Cummings to the Company's Management as VP of Corporate Sales. Carl brings with him over a decade of experience in start-up businesses as well as management for several firms.

Carl Lee Cummings was the founder of a few home automation companies and he brings a vast amount of diverse organizational, management and sales expertise to XnE, Inc. During his 10 year professional career, Mr. Cummings has served as part of the management team for home automation companies such as Tweeter and Circuit City, he also served as part of the management team for Henkles and McCoy, Inc. and Black Box Network Services which both companies handled large customers such as Home Depot, General Dynamics and the US Navy. Carl attended Cal Poly Pomona with a major in math and is a native California resident.
