The new portal is a complete redesign of the company's self-service customer website into a clean, straightforward and highly intuitive interface with powerful new capabilities. The new portal puts customers in charge of using their XO services with role-based personalization and instant visibility into the most-important information to help manage critical business functions. In addition, customers gain greater transparency into the status of service requests and orders, advanced feature management, and insight into network performance and usage information. Customers can access the portal 24/7 from nearly any device, and have one-button access to a callback feature that eliminates time-on-hold waiting for an answer.
