HERNDON, VA--(Marketwire - February 26, 2008) - XO Communications (OTCBB: XOHO), a leading provider of 21st century communications for businesses and communications service providers, today announced that it has completed a major capacity upgrade of its nationwide IP network to meet the growing demand for high-speed Internet access services as the company continues to expand more aggressively into the IP transit services market.
