Customer-Centered Innovations Continue to Position XO as a Leader in the Telecommunications Industry

2011 marks XO Communication's fourth consecutive year on the InformationWeek 500. This year's rank lands XO at the top of the telecommunication industry and 64 spots ahead of its 2010 ranking. The Company was recognized for its development of two innovative new customer tools -- NetProv and the XO Operations Center -- that provide Enterprise customers with more effective, real-time support and service optimization.
