XO Communications Ranks in Top 15 on 2009 InformationWeek 500

XO's Workforce Mobility Initiative Integrates Customer Services Into One Mobile Interface and Improves Operational Efficiencies

XO also created one of the industry's first mobile-optimized web portals for the Blackberry, ensuring that critical network management functions and customer care issues are viewed and addressed around the clock. As a result, XO Communications has significantly improved operational efficiencies, including optimizing truck dispatches by 60 percent and reducing overall gasoline consumption by its corporate fleet.
