Xora Earns 2007 North American Mobility Award for Excellence in Mobile Resource Management From Frost & Sullivan

New Xora MRM Solutions Make Significant Impact on Market and Awards Committee

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 7, 2007 -- Xora, a leading provider of location-based mobile workforce management solutions, today announced that its Xora GPS TimeTrack solution has been recognized as the top mobile resource management (MRM) handheld solution by market research firm Frost & Sullivan. Frost & Sullivan will present the 2007 North American Mobility Award in Mobile Resource Management Handheld Device Solution to Xora on March 7 at Mobile & Wireless Enterprise 2007 in Indian Wells, California.

"This award is a testament to Xora's commitment toward providing our customers with innovative solutions that make an immediate and measurable impact on their businesses," said Sanjay Shirole, Xora president and CEO. "The recent launches of IndustrySmart™ and JobPix™ clearly demonstrate Xora's ability to transform cutting edge technology into powerful tools that bring real-world benefits to our customers. On behalf of the entire Xora team, I'd like to thank Frost & Sullivan, as well as the awards committee, for recognizing these accomplishments."

The Frost & Sullivan Mobility Awards recognize the top products and services in the mobile and wireless industry. Nominations are made by an awards committee of more than 30 editors and analysts, including the Frost & Sullivan Mobile & Wireless analyst team. Candidates are judged on a number of criteria, including the significance of new products to their industry; competitive advantage of the new products; product innovation, in terms of whether the product is unique or revolutionary; product acceptance in the marketplace; and, the number of competitors with similar products. Recipients are selected by the committee using an online voting system.

"We are pleased to declare Xora as the winner in the MRM handheld solution category for 2007," said Brent Iadarola, Frost & Sullivan research director for Mobile & Wireless. "The company is well ahead of the curve in identifying the major challenges, drivers and constraints in the MRM environment, and has addressed these market dynamics very efficiently. The company's new IndustrySmart and JobPix features are truly innovative, and offer customers some extremely useful features not found in competitive offerings."

Xora IndustrySmart is a patent-pending solution from Xora that enables customers to quickly deploy a GPS TimeTrack solution that has been customized to their specific industry. When setting up an account, the Xora customer simply selects the appropriate industry, and the resulting customization is all done automatically via IndustrySmart. If, for example, the customer selects landscaping, IndustrySmart automatically customizes the account for a landscaping firm. The IndustrySmart settings are based on extensive industry research performed by Xora.

Xora JobPix enables field staff to photograph job site details in order to complement traditional reporting. The pictures are accessible in near real-time as part of that specific job record in the Xora system. Sample uses of the Xora JobPix solution include building inspectors visually recording images of buildings they are inspecting; child welfare agents collecting visual proof of the condition of children they visit; delivery and installation techs visually showing that a specific site was or wasn't sufficiently prepared in order for them to complete their service, as well as many other applications.

Xora mobile workforce management applications enable businesses to track and manage field staff via GPS-enabled mobile phones. Mobile workers use the phones to record time sheet and job status information, including when they begin and end shifts and jobs. Office staff can access this information in real-time through web-based maps and reports. Companies use this information to ensure that workers are paid accurately and customers are billed appropriately. This added visibility leads to increased productivity, lower costs and enables the delivery of superior customer service.
