XTF Capital Corp. Announces Estimated Distributions for 2011 Year-End

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 16, 2011) - XTF Capital Corp. announces the following estimated distributions for the period ending December 31, 2011. In all cases, the distribution will be paid on or before January 5, 2012, to unitholders of record on December 29, 2011. The ex-dividend date in each case is December 23, 2011. The final distribution amounts will be announced on or about December 23, 2011.

Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP")

All of the cash distributions indicated in the table will be paid in cash unless the Unitholder has enrolled in the applicable DRIP of the respective XTF. Under the DRIP, any distributions made by an XTF are automatically used to purchase additional units of the XTF making the distribution. Eligible unitholders are encouraged to contact the institution through which they hold their units to confirm enrolment procedures and timelines.
