Xtreme Speedway Action Provides Live Webcast and Video On Demand of Speedway Motorcycle Racing

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 24, 2005 -- Speedway racing fans can now find live webcasts and video replays on demand of speedway races from two popular Southern California racetracks through the new Xtreme Speedway Action web site. Mark Williams, Digital Producer for Xtreme Speedway Action, introduced the new programming and service. "We're using the latest streaming video technology to do live webcasts and postings of video clips from the races right on our site so race fans can see the races wherever they live," said Williams.

Xtreme Speedway Action currently features races from the tracks in Costa Mesa and The Grand in Industry Hills. "After ten years of shooting surfing, skateboarding and other action sports, the time is right to bring all the excitement and action of speedway racing to fans with the type of quality you get from DVD's," said Williams.

The new site, http://www.xtremespeedwayaction.com, features lots of free video clips of race highlights, or for a small monthly fee of $5 subscribers can see all the highlights for the month from the tracks. Hugh Randolph, speedway racer and sponsor of Xtreme Speedway Action adds, "It's time to bring the excitement of speedway racing to the average fan who might not live close enough to a track or have time to go. Now they can see it all right from their home. The best part is the video on demand feature that allows viewers to watch the races at any time."

In addition to the weekly races, Xtreme Speedway Action plans to webcast clips of racing events at the world famous Costa Mesa Speedway and The Grand Arena at the Industry Hills Expo Center in The City of Industry. "This will give racing fans even more to see, with hour-long replays of past events available at the website," said Williams. The site also features special racing from motorcycle sidecars, and every few weeks they have clips of the top freestyle motorcycle jumpers, like those competing at the popular X-Games.

Gary Gomez, Owner of TMG RACING PRODUCTS and Sponsor of Xtreme Speedway Action says, "We are very excited about being able to bring Speedway to the fans' door steps. Fans can watch the races of their favorite riders over and over. With the race program style format, it's easy to figure out what races you might want to see. This is a great step in bringing the latest technology to Speedway."

The big event of the year is the 2005 AMA Sports National Championship Speedway Series. It is a 3-event series, with all the top speedway riders from Europe and the USA battling it out for the National Champion title. This event will be held Friday, September 2nd in Auburn, CA; Saturday, September 3rd at The Grand (LIVE WEBCAST) and the final event back in Auburn on Saturday, October 8th. "We are excited to be able to bring the Nationals from The Grand 'live' to our web audience, and we plan to produce this like a four-camera live TV show, to show what video is like on the web in 2005," says Williams.
