Decision made to focus solely on Mexico:

The Company is pleased with its rapid progress in Mexico -- currently there are four field crews working on three projects (Urique, Zacatecas and Carol) that cover a combined 300 square kilometres of land located within some of Mexico's most prolific mining districts.

As a result of the success in Mexico, the Company has informed Helio Resource Corp. (TSX-V: HRC) that it has terminated the option on the Makuru and Leicester properties in Namibia. In addition, the option to purchase a 100% interest in the Adams Plateau property, B.C., was also terminated.

On behalf of the Board,

"Ian Foreman"
Ian Foreman, P.Geo.
