Yaletown Capital Corp. Announces Q3 and Q4 2011 Availability of its New Family Plan Smart Phone Applications to AT&T Dealers

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 20, 2011) - Yaletown Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:YCC) ("Yaletown" or the "Corporation"), and its subsidiary Freedom Bionics, in collaboration with Cognitive Research Canada, announce that they will begin shipping their new family plan software in late Q3 including introductory versions of its smart phone based auto crash detector. The full service includes up to 8 modules each serving different aspects of family life. Parent Guardian, Dependant Children in three age brackets, Seniors (normal and seniors special cognitive assistance needs), emergency medical records databases. The services range from family members, house to auto, the family plan package provides a comprehensive support service for a low monthly fee.

Now your active mobile family smart-phones can tell you the current status of the whole family or provide unprompted alerts when there is a problem. The software learns about the daily life of the family members. In the case of an auto accident your smart phone will alert the other family members and call 911 while also providing information on the severity of the accident.

Selected ATT dealers in the United States, and a group of selected dealers in Canada will be first to have availability. First trials will also be available in the UK by year end.
