Yammer Appoints EMEA Leadership Team in London

LONDON--(Marketwire - Dec 5, 2011) - Yammer, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise social networks, today announced the appointment of Georg Ell, general manager for EMEA, who is responsible for the company's growth across the region, and Mike Grafham, head of Customer Success for EMEA, who manages the team responsible for maintaining customer relationships and network deployments. Both Ell and Grafham are based in the company's East London office, in the heart of Tech City.

"Georg and Mike's expertise in enterprise technology is a key asset for the company's next phase of innovation and growth," said David Obrand, chief customer officer, Yammer. "Our primary focus for EMEA is expansion, and the creation of a leadership team will help us achieve our goals and vision for enterprise social network adoption in the region."

Ell was previously the pan-EMEA sales director for Yammer, accountable for enterprise sales across the region. Prior to joining Yammer, Ell worked at Microsoft for over five years and was responsible for Microsoft's Business Productivity Online Services sales. Georg won several global awards for his work with strategic customers and partners. Georg has also worked in the mergers and acquisitions sector at both Merrill Lynch and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein banks.

As the head of Customer Success in EMEA, Grafham is focused on assisting customers as they maximize their return on investment with Yammer, specifically focusing on change management, adoption best practices and integration services. Prior to joining Yammer, Grafham worked for Deloitte as a senior manager specialising in Enterprise Content Management.

Ell graduated from Cambridge University with a joint degree in Social and Political Science with Management Studies. Grafham graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Mathematics and Computation.
