SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - Mar 14, 2012) - Yammer, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise social networks, today announced the first release of a new Analytics Dashboard, which is designed to help customers gain insights about the people, conversations and activity in their Yammer networks. This data can be used to reward top collaborators, understand the employee social graph and evaluate engagement strategies and ROI.
The Analytics Dashboard measures the growth of an organization's Yammer network and charts activity across members, groups, files and Pages over seven and 28-day periods. Statistics provided include number of engaged members, messages, top performing groups and a breakdown of how users are accessing networks (website, desktop or type of mobile application).
For example, a Yammer community manager can use the Analytics Dashboard to determine the impact of a training session on engagement. Users can also hover over data points or keywords to view definitions and more detailed information.
