Yasheng ECO-Trade Corporation's Joint Venture With CMARK to Facilitate Backlog of Orders

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - July 8, 2010) -  On June 30, 2010, Yasheng ECO-Trade Corporation (OTCBB: YASH) entered into agreement to establish a corporation under the name: "Government Logistics Financing Corporation" with CMARK Group to help facilitate CMARK's backlog of exiting orders. CMARK provides a wide array of services and products in the areas of construction, interior systems, and hospitality operations primarily to the Federal Government and US Federal government prime contractors.

This Joint Venture provides YASH with revenue opportunities and access to the government procurement business. CMARK President Charles Jones said, "The Joint Venture with YASH allows us to more quickly deliver on our backlog of orders and focus on expanding our core business. I think it will be a win-win for everyone involved."
