YES Announces Deal With Official NASCAR Members Club

Company Produces First Spots Featuring Richard Petty, Rusty Wallace and Official NASCAR Members

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2007 -- Infomercial Leader Youth Enhancement Systems, Inc (PINKSHEETS: YEHS) announced today it has signed a deal to market The Official NASCAR Members Club, a major NASCAR initiative since '05. Under the terms of the deal, YES has acquired the preferred right to market the Official NASCAR Members Club via an integrated Direct Response campaign, including TV, Radio, Newspapers Magazines and the Internet. Stoneacre Inc., a leading developer of affinity and customer loyalty programs, operates the program under a long-term exclusive license from NASCAR. YES obtained the rights per an agreement with KDAA, Inc., a Direct Response Sports Marketing Agency.

YES is set to produce several short form infomercials featuring legendary NASCAR driver and current National Chairman of the Official NASCAR Members Club, Richard Petty, as well as charter member and 55 time NASCAR winner Rusty Wallace. The spots were shot in Charlotte, NC in early February and should be tested on several major cable networks by the end of the month.
