YES Announces Deal With Official NASCAR Members Club

Company Produces First Spots Featuring Richard Petty, Rusty Wallace and Official NASCAR Members

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2007 -- Infomercial Leader Youth Enhancement Systems, Inc (PINKSHEETS: YEHS) announced today it has signed a deal to market The Official NASCAR Members Club, a major NASCAR initiative since '05. Under the terms of the deal, YES has acquired the preferred right to market the Official NASCAR Members Club via an integrated Direct Response campaign, including TV, Radio, Newspapers Magazines and the Internet. Stoneacre Inc., a leading developer of affinity and customer loyalty programs, operates the program under a long-term exclusive license from NASCAR. YES obtained the rights per an agreement with KDAA, Inc., a Direct Response Sports Marketing Agency.

YES is set to produce several short form infomercials featuring legendary NASCAR driver and current National Chairman of the Official NASCAR Members Club, Richard Petty, as well as charter member and 55 time NASCAR winner Rusty Wallace. The spots were shot in Charlotte, NC in early February and should be tested on several major cable networks by the end of the month. "YES is a tremendous results-oriented company, and a terrific partner for us," says David Hickson President of the Official NASCAR Members Club. "Their expertise in direct response marketing is well documented with their stable of hit products. With NASCAR, they should be able to deliver unprecedented excitement, and drive significant members to this exclusive NASCAR Club."

The Official NASCAR Members Club is a member organization designed to strengthen the every day connection between NASCAR fans and upgrade their relationship with the sport they love. The NASCAR Members Club is the only members club licensed by NASCAR and is open to all race fans age 13 and above.

"This is a great day for the entire YES organization," says CEO Joseph Emas. "Anytime you can have an association with a sports organization of the magnitude of NASCAR and get to work alongside folks with the marketing acumen and track record of Stoneacre Inc, certainly it is cause for great optimism. Now we roll up our sleeves and get to work. We can't wait to get started."

Stoneacre Partners, a leading developer of affinity and customer loyalty programs, operates the program under a long-term exclusive license from NASCAR. YES will manage and operate the Direct Response initiative, which is designed to drive massive numbers of new members through an aggressive integrated TV, Radio, Print, Internet and telemarketing campaign. Over the last several years, Stoneacre has worked closely with NASCAR, its race teams, drivers, track operators and corporate partners to develop an overall program designed to enhance every member's NASCAR experience by allowing them to become an Official Member of NASCAR and as an Official Member, fans can get mare value and get closer to the action than ever before.

The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, Inc. (NASCAR), which began in 1948, is the sanctioning body for one of America's premier sports. NASCAR is the no. 1 spectator sport -- holding 17 of the top 20 attended sporting events in the U.S., the no. 2 rated regular season sport on television with broadcasts in more than 150 countries, and has 75 million fans that purchase more than $2.1 billion in annual licensed product sales. These fans are the most brand loyal in all of sports and as a result, more Fortune 500 companies participate in NASCAR than any other sport. NASCAR consists of three major national series (NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series, NASCAR Busch Series, and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series) as well as eight regional tours and one local grassroots series. NASCAR sanctions 1,500 races at over 100 tracks in 38 states, Canada and Mexico. Based in Daytona Beach, NASCAR has offices in Bentonville (Ark.), Charlotte, Concord (N.C.), Conover (N.C.), Los Angeles, New York, Mexico City and Toronto.
