YES Announces Record 4th Quarter Sales, Profit

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 29, 2007 --Infomercial leader Youth Enhancement Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: YEHS) announced today preliminary sales for the 1st quarter ended Dec. 31, 2006. The company estimates sales to be $3,800,000 led by stronger than expected Internet sales, and estimates profits for the quarter, their first profitable quarter EVER. The company previously announced record December sales of $1,200,000, but with the 4th quarter gross sales figures the company far exceeded any other quarter in its history. The company also expects to announce record January sales in the next several days.

Our unaudited financial results for the three-month period ended December 31, 2006, show a marked improvement over the same period in 2005. For the quarter ended December 31, 2006, net income is approximately $100,000 on approximately $3,800,000 in sales, gross profit of $3,000,000, with operating expenses of $2,900,000. As compared to results for the audited quarter ended December 31, 2005, net loss of $955,689 on sales of $1,407,374, gross profit of $1,091,493, and operating expenses of $2,047,182.
