YES Files Form 10 With SEC

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 12, 2007 -- Infomercial Leader Youth Enhancement Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: YEHS) announced today it filed its form 10SB with The Securities and Exchange Commission. The company had announced previously its intention of becoming a fully reporting company under the 1934 Act, and today made it official. The company hopes to be listed on the OTCBB following the effectiveness of the 10SB.
