YES, Inc. Posts Year End '05 Audited Financials

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 24, 2006 --Infomercial leader Youth Enhancement Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: YEHS) announced today it has completed and posted its '05 year end audits on Led by its patented hair product ProCede, the revenues posted represent sales in YES' very first year of marketing its revolutionary product for men with thinning hair.

CEO Joseph Emas asserts that while the company was pleased with its first year results on ProCede, management is even more excited about '06 and beyond. "ProCede received its patent this year and we are developing an international commerce stream that should increase our revenues in the years to come," says Emas. The audited financials for '05 is a significant step in YES becoming a fully reporting company and moving on to the bigger boards. "Our plan is to get up to date with all our filings as soon as possible," says Emas. "We are moving aggressively in that direction."
