YES Set for FILING 10SB, Bulletin Board Listing, NAME CHANGE

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 18, 2007 -- Infomercial and Direct Response Leader Youth Enhancement Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: YEHS) announced today it intends to file its Form 10SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the next 14 days. The announcement confirms previous announcements that have mentioned the Company's commitments to become fully reporting under the Securities Act of 1934, comply with The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and to get listed on the OTC Bulletin Board. Further, the Company plans to get shareholder approval to change its name, following which the Company will apply for a new cusip number and notify the NASD, and will announce details in the coming days.
