Ruthfield joins Yesware during a period of fast growth, most recently demonstrated by Yesware's Series C funding round completed in June 2015.

Ruthfield has over twenty years of experience in leading sales at technology companies at all stages. As VP of Sales at Yesware, Ruthfield will be responsible for the strategic direction of sales as well as the management of Yesware's sales team. Ruthfield will apply his leadership experience helping salespeople take action, producing results and profitability. In his former role as VP of Sales at ZoomInfo, he was a major player in bringing ZoomInfo to its highest point in company history from a sales results, year-over-year growth, and profitability standpoint. Ruthfield has also worked in sales to support success at companies including CODi, Inc.; Novartis; and Merck.
Ruthfield makes his debut with Yesware today at Inside Sales 2015, an annual AA-ISP conference held in Boston, which brings sales professionals together in one place to learn and discuss Inside Sales. Ruthfield has been nominated & awarded the "2015 Top 25 Most Influential Inside Sales Professionals Prestigious Award" by the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals across the organization's 6000+ members with 42 chapters in the U.S., Canada, Europe, India, Israel, Turkey, & Sri Lanka for the "4th" consecutive year. Ruthfield will also join Yesware at Dreamforce in September, Salesforce's annual thought leadership conference in San Francisco.
